Shipping, cancellations and returns policies
At GHARYAN, our goal is to package your order with care and attention as quickly as possible! We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Except for pre-orders. You may check our pre-orders status page.
All of our inventory is located in our warehouse based in Montreal, Quebec Canada. We ship directly from our Canadian warehouse.
Note to our customers in the US regarding duties:
The general threshold in the US allows for $800 in goods to be duty-free. If you are placing orders above $800 in value, we'll split your order; this may help prevent you being charged import duties.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, contact us at info@gharyan.ca within 10 days of the delivery day. To qualify for a return, items must be undamaged and unused. The customer is responsible to pay return fees. Refunds will be processed onto the original method of payment once the package has made its way back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In the case of a special order, the sale is final.
If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, send us an e-mail at info@gharyan.ca as soon as possible and kindly provide pictures of damaged items, the packaging, and the box.
We are not responsible for damages, lost parcels, delays or any additional charges caused by providing a wrong address. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a proper shipping address when placing the order.
*Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount and the destination. Please note that additional charges may apply for remote regions. Free shipping is available on orders over $240 within Canada and the U.S., excluding remote areas.
